Project approach

Xylos distinguishes itself through a project-based approach, based on the principles of ‘Skills Transfer’ and ‘Applied ICT’.

In this context, Xylos has developed its own project methodology, the Xylos Project Management Framework (XPMF).

The Framework is based on Xylos’ many years of practical experience and is also based on the PMBoK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standards, developed by the Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org).

Each project is different and each ICT discipline requires a specific approach. For this reason Xylos has further refined and tailored its project methodology to suit the different specialities so they meet the requirements of the specific technologies.
