What to expect when you apply for a job at Xylos?
Because it is so important to us that we actually “click”, a successful application procedure at Xylos always includes a number of interviews.
During the HR interview, we check how our respective expectations “match up” with regard to corporate culture and values, job content, challenges and remuneration package.
During interviews with business managers and technology experts we gauge your knowledge and what experience you have in your field of expertise, with the focus on your drive and approach.After each interview we evaluate the application procedure.
All decisions are always taken unanimously by all partners you have dealt with during the interview. You have the right to be fully informed about each decision that is taken.
