Tim, Cloud Architect

Tim Jacobs, Cloud Architect, tells us about how from early childhood he felt a passion for computers. It all began for him with the Commodore VIC20. Today he assists our customers with their digital transformation. The cloud is an inextricable part of all this.

Steven, SharePoint guru

Steven Moens is our SharePoint Technology Consultant. He analyses the customers’ needs based on their business goals. Project Management and Change Management are an important part of his job.

Sara, Project Manager Neo (e-learning)

Together with the rest of the Neo team, Project Manager Sara Roegiers supervises our customers’ e-learning courses and digital learning experiences.

Frederik, Senior IT Consultant

Frederik Bové discloses how, after he left school, he ended up working at Xylos. At the moment – thanks to training courses and above all his own single-mindedness – he has evolved to become Senior IT Consultant.

At Xylos we have raised the bar. Does this mean we are looking for a very rare commodity? Perhaps a little. In any case, we appreciate diversity and consider everyone to be unique, which means we have room for everyone.

Because it is so important to us that we actually ‘click’, a successful application procedure at Xylos always includes a number of interviews:

  1. HR interview

    We check how our respective expectations match up with regard to corporate culture and values, job content, challenges and remuneration package.

  2. Interview with a technology expert

    During this interview we assess your knowledge and experience in your specialist field, and also your commitment and approach.

  3. Interview with your future manager

    Naturally it is important to meet your future manager.  You can contact your manager for answers to all your specific questions about your job content.

  4. HR interview

    If we both feel that we click 100%, then this is followed by a final interview with a member of our HR staff to finalize the contract.
