PowerPoint 2013 offers by default a slide size in widescreen format (16:9). If you want to present on a normal screen beamer, this would mean you lose a lot of space on the screen. Including your corporate identity and branding in your company’s documents has become increasingly important. Everything changes.. not only our visual identity, but also the software and the way you use your programs. We send more and more documents electronically and we wish to transmit a clear corporate identity, so of course we wish to project a uniform image externally. Microsoft PowerPoint: Did you know… that you can download YouTube movies

We want to be on top of our game. To make our presentations more attractive and get the message across we often use movies. But keeping Murphy's law in mind, you wish to download your movies, instead of showing them on YouTube, as to make sure they're always available...

My movie in my PowerPoint presentation will not play

When presenting a subject, you wish to be able to captivate your audience. A good visual support will help you to achieve this goal. So, in PowerPoint we often include movies, which are (or should be) seamlessly integrated in our slide show.
