Xylos employee Michael De Bruyn will be the new director of POWER, the umbrella service desk that covers all Xylos Business Units. Michael has been with Xylos for 15 years and counting. He’ll standardise the centralised service desk, enabling consultants to respond to the needs and questions of our customers even quicker. The service desk, which was launched five years ago, monitors our customers’ IT infrastructure, supports IT environments and provides end user support.
