You have an idea for an AI agent, but you don't know yet whether it will work with the data and systems you have today. You'd rather not set up a months-long project just to find out. On Friday 11 December, we figure it out together with you in a single day. You bring a concrete problem, a Xylos team builds the agent. You don't need any technical knowledge for that. Peter Verrykt, Business Director Professional Services, leads the hackathon.

Programme
20 Nov
Submit your use case by 20 November at the latest.
23 Nov
In the week of 23 November, you'll hear whether we'll take on your case.
11 Dec
A Xylos team works on your case all day. You join them at the table to answer questions and help set the direction.
Afterwards
You receive a report and we set a date for a half-day workshop with Jens Leroy, our AI business partner. There you decide which AI applications to tackle first.
How it works
Four steps, with the hackathon itself on Friday 11 December.
Which use cases we're looking for
Any problem where an AI agent can play a role qualifies. Think of an HR assistant that answers questions about leave and onboarding, or an agent that pre-sorts incoming documents. The more concrete, the better: "our HR team answers the same questions every week" says more than "we want to do something with AI".
You can work with real data or with anonymised data that resembles it. We only use what you provide for your case. Not sure whether your idea fits? Feel free to ask your question in the form.
