Microsoft 365 bundles a whole range of apps. New employees and teams that have just switched then wonder which app fits when.

In Microsoft 365: Introduction they get an overview of the main applications and see how Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint fit together. They learn where to store a file and how to share it safely with colleagues. After that they choose the right app for every task themselves. The course is a good starting point for those who then want to continue with Teams, Excel or Copilot.
