Copilot literacy programme
With Copilot knowledge that sticks, your employees use Copilot efficiently every day.

From awareness to adoption
Your people have a Copilot licence. This programme gets them using it every day.
Once your employees know how Copilot fits into their job, they turn to it daily. You see it in the time they save and in the questions they ask. In our Copilot literacy programme, they learn this with expert guidance and exercises based on their own work.
You see progress in black and white: a baseline measurement at the start, pulse checks along the way and a final report that shows where adoption grew and where to adjust.
After this programme, Copilot is part of your people's daily work. They know what the tool can do and find their way around the interface. Your licences start to pay off, and you can see it.
Programme
The programme combines inspiration, the key basic skills and insight into AI governance. Your people then practise their Copilot skills in real work, with a Digital Coach and Copilot expert at their side.

Preparation with your key people
Before the start we sharpen the programme in three short working sessions with L&D, HR, IT and communication. Together we set the scope and the target groups. We also fix the communication plan, along with the ground rules on governance, data and measurement. That way everyone knows why the programme is running and how we measure progress.
Kickoff webinar
We start with a kickoff session that builds support and gives clarity for the rest of the programme. That way everyone starts from the same story.
Workshops
Your employees get hands-on in interactive workshops. Together we match the topics to your main activities and the Microsoft 365 tools you use, always combined with Copilot.
The workshops last about 2 hours and have room for up to 12 participants.
Possible topics:
Copilot Chat
Copilot for Microsoft 365
Prompting essentials
Smart Routines
Brainstorming with Copilot
Efficient meetings
Strong presentations
Role-based workshops
Build your own Copilot Agent
Microsoft Agents
Copilot in Excel
Strong visual communication
Projects in Notebooks
Digital Coaching
Adoption does not happen in one, two, three. For every programme, employees get support from a dedicated Digital Coach, present 1 or 2 days a week (depending on the number of participants and what is possible within your company).
Workshops, one-to-one support and building out use cases are all handled by the same Digital Coach, so he or she gets to know your context, roles and people well.
Keep learning with OASE and PlayForward
Organisations that want to deepen AI use further can extend the programme:
With the OASE video learning platform, employees get access to video tutorials and learning paths on Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.
Through PlayForward, your employees experiment with a card game, an escape game or a hackathon to discover more of what AI can do.
Which level suits your employees?
The three levels build on each other and can be used separately or combined. In the scoping conversation we determine the right mix together.
A strong start with AI
Baseline
Make everyone in your organisation comfortable with AI. With a joint kick-off and hands-on workshops, employees quickly build the basic skills to use AI thoughtfully.
For whom? Employees with little or no experience of AI.
AI in practice
Use cases
Employees build on the basics and discover where AI makes their work faster or better. Starting from real tasks, they develop use cases that deliver results right away.
For whom? Employees who already use AI and want to go deeper.
Lasting AI adoption
Champions
Experienced colleagues become internal AI ambassadors. They spread knowledge and keep adoption going within the organisation.
For whom? Experienced AI users who take an active role in the further rollout of AI.
Flexible with lasting impact
Our programmes are set up in modules. We always work from the same base and adapt the form and rhythm to your company context.
Online or on site
We organise all webinars, workshops and coaching sessions both online (through Teams) and on site. Prefer a mix of the two? We will discuss it together.
A dedicated Digital Coach
For every programme a dedicated Digital Coach is available 1 or 2 days a week for training or coaching. A familiar face who gets to know the organisation and the context well.
Languages
We give sessions in Dutch, French or English, depending on the target group. We provide learning material in the same language as the session.
Learning Architect
The Learning Architect is your strategic point of contact, preparing the programme with the key stakeholders (IT, L&D, HR, communication), checking in monthly and reporting on results.
Community building
We actively build an internal community around AI. Questions, prompts, best practices and use cases are shared, between sessions too.
Measurable impact
We keep a finger on the pulse with our monthly success meetings and adjust where needed. The final report makes the ROI of your investment visible.
Today you can feel the enthusiasm. People are not afraid of AI, on the contrary: they are using it more and more.

Frequently asked questions about the Copilot literacy programme
For organisations that want to introduce Copilot broadly: for employees who have never worked with an AI tool as well as for experienced users who want to go beyond the basics. We work with three programmes that build on each other: a general baseline for everyone, depth on the use cases of a specific department and a champions programme that anchors the knowledge internally. Which combination makes sense is something we determine together in the scoping conversation.
These programmes can be run separately. The baseline brings everyone to a workable level and creates a shared language. In the use case work we develop concrete applications per department. The champions programme trains experienced colleagues into internal ambassadors who keep the learning going. Many organisations start with one programme and extend based on what they see.
A workshop lasts 2 hours and we give it to groups of at most 12 participants. The kick-off is a 1.5-hour webinar for everyone together. How many workshops someone attends depends on the chosen scope. Between sessions there is room for coaching in small groups or one-to-one sessions, scheduled whenever it suits.
We organise webinars, workshops and coaching through Teams, at your location or in a mixed formula. The mix can differ per component. An online kick-off with on-site workshops is a popular formula, because it combines reach with the closeness that hands-on work calls for.
The sessions and the material are available in Dutch, French and English, matched to the target group.
Key people who take part in the 3 preparatory working sessions.
A visible sponsor who explains the why at the kick-off.
A project owner who sets aside an hour every month for the success meetings.
Employees need to be given the time to take part, because a programme squeezed alongside a full agenda delivers little.
